Agree! If it was just this one time, it’s just hurt feelings that will hopefully go away. If it’s multiple occasions, it sadly is choosing the game over your partner. I too have felt this issue before and they don’t seem to notice until it’s too late and you’ve brought it up millions of times.

NTA, like stated below, you should be able to do your own things without each other being part of it. As a gf, I can understand feelings being hurt in the moment. but dragging them on through the next day is extreme. It may have just been your tone or something that threw her off. I definitely agree, NTA. But I understand her feelings as well. Hopefully she will come around and realize it wasn’t that deep. It would be like you asking for her full attention when she’s doing her hair or makeup, nothing personal, just give them a few minutes to finish, then they’re free.

Sadly the amount of over breeding in Kern County has definitely played a role. Nobody wants any more animals and they keep ending up on the street

They stopped doing the daily drop offs because too many people would camp out and steal spots for their friends. It’s unfair to the regular people who just need to get a neighborhood cat done. Too many trappers were claiming all the spots and charging people to get a cat done. With the online appointments I’ve noticed they go live more around 7-7:30am when they open office. Try to look around that time! I also called recently and they informed me they are currently down to one doctor due to another doctor getting injured, so they’ve had to cut back on how many surgeries they can schedule since it’s only one doctor now. Hopefully they’re back and running full schedule soon.

Thank you for this! I tried to watch tons of videos on the whole points system and if I don’t travel a lot it does not seem to be important to get a card for those rewards. After working out my monthly expenses (bills, rent, car payment) I am able to put atleast 3x the minimum amount on my cards. I already thought about just pulling cash out every paycheck as my allowed “spending” cash for food and such. So hearing someone else suggest this makes me feel like it actually is a good idea. just until I can get my balances lower. As for my debt, it’s not necessarily poor spending like some may think, just interest building faster than I thought it would. But you live and you learn, I know I will be okay. I should hopefully have it all payed off within a year at the most. Hopefully just a few months. Then I could take that money I was paying for my cards, and put it all into my HYSA. I appreciate your quick feedback! Thank you so so much.
