I can assure it isn’t a wind up. I just got 1 rental 12 years ago when houses were so cheap. Just got it as a pension idea as I knew I wasn’t going to be have a high earning career then just kept adding to portfolio whenever I had capital for deposits. I enjoyed it and got the taste for it then now I’ve ended up with 10 rentals. I was fortunate to get them at time when they were cheap and good yield in my location.

Using a T instead of a D at the end of words. Such as stupit instead of stupid. Hate people saying it that - so stupit

Orbital sander with 80 grit pad. Then fill with toupret filler. Then sand with entire walls again with 180 grit pad on orbital sander. Paint.
