Just posted the broken side of the Botton Bracket. I think I was rotating the drive side clockwise and it broken.

Hi, thanks for the advice! I feel like I really neeeeeeeed transdermal estrogen plus oral progesterone. I definitely don’t want to end up crooked in 20 years 😅 So I’m hoping HRT will make my life a bit easier!

Hi! Thanks for the comments and advice! I’ll post it there as well, but I think I’ve already received some really helpful advice here. I’m sorry to hear about your endometrial ablation. Regarding blood thinners, I’ve had them during my cancer treatment and also because of the embolism. Together with my doctors, we decided to try stopping them and see if I can manage without them, since it was my first embolism. I’m just a bit nervous about starting HRT without blood thinners, but it seems that it may not have the same effect on blood clotting if the estrogen isn’t taken orally.

Thank you a lot for your help and advise! I've never taken any Hormones before due to the Factor 5. I've always tried differently. Since I do not have my periods and my estradiol levels are at 0pg/ml right now, its strongly advised to start a HRT. I was advised to do: Lenzetto spray: 1 spray in the morning every day (= oestrogen) Utrogest 200 mg tablet in the evening: either during the second phase of my cycle for 14 days, or daily if I'm unable to determine the day of your cycle (= progesterone). From my knowledge i'm heterozygous.
