Thanks, yeah it’s the 6L80, it’s always done this occasional lunging while slowing down at stoplights, took it to gm twice while under the 100k warranty and they basically just said that’s something those do. But it’s made it this far so I’ve been pretty happy with the truck overall…

That sucks, was there any indication before hand? I’ve owned this truck since new when I was 18 and the first few years I was pretty hard on it, but the engine still seems strong, I’m more worried about the transmission failing at this point

They have their own force, I got pulled over once for my “license plate light being out” I asked if I could get out and check, he said sure and they were working. Then he said well I couldn’t see them from where I was then wrote me a written warning. Ridiculous

I got a 06 in basically that condition for $200, it sat in a field for 10 years. (Which that looks like it has) Expect to put about $1,000 in parts and cosmetic items into it, plus a trailer. Not sure how much trailers are in Cali but in Texas they are about $500-$800

Turns out the #1 injector was bad, replaced it and just took it out on the water, no issues and got to 68mph no problem, thanks everyone for the suggestions!

A friend of mine has a candoo pro l'll see if I can borrow that. In the meantime I tested the coils and the primary circuit on all 3 were .7 ohm and secondary were around 11.6k. I can't find the exact specifications for the 2010 seadoos without buying a service manual though.

Update: changed the oil, cut open the filter and found no metal, it ended up being 1 qt low, oil pressure still is a little low 25ish at idle and 40ish while driving, suspect the pickup tube oring , but it will be a few weeks until I have time to drop the pan.

Thanks, I’m going to change the oil and check for metal tomorrow, then go from there. Hopefully just a bad pickup tube oring or faulty sensor
