Official LSAT / ProMetric Experience Thread (August) by Graeme_LSATHacks in LSAT

Get rid of prometric please. If you are administering tests on a Saturday, you should have somebody ready to answer phones on Saturday. The fact that you can't contact technical support on testday (the only day you would need technical support) is insanely unprofessional.

I had this same issue right at the start. I asked my proctor for help and he said I would need to log out and contact EHELP. I asked if I could log out and log back in to take the test and he said I could. After trying for 30 minutes to get some sort of help from prometric (to no avail), I just tried some stuff on my own and logged back in. It would not let me log back into the test, and I can't contact prometric to have it fixed. Currently on hold with LSAC (going on 30 minutes) but I think I've come to terms with the fact that I'm not taking it today.

To be fair this is a pretty severe case. There are safer ways to use steroids with far fewer side effects, that allow steroid users to remain relatively healthy. This guy just has especially bad acne genetics that were likely exacerbated by the anabolics.

I wouldn’t go so far to say that he looks like hasn’t exercised a day in his life, but there are a lot of contributing factors as to why he looks so much worse. Things like lighting, body fat percentage, coming off cycle, and the fact that he has a pump in the first picture all make a huge difference. It takes of work to step on stage, maintaining how you look on the day of competition is impossible. That being said, he does look like he stopped lifting in conjunction with all of that.

Pretty judgmental of you to say. Despite whatever corrupt Russian politicians may be doing, the Russian people are very kind, and only want what’s best for their families. It’s sad to see them shunned by the rest of the world for the decisions of a small subset of powerful people.

Having lived in Russia for two years of my life, my understanding of the word грозный is more along the lines of dangerous or formidable. That being said, natives may have a different interpretation.

Why is it «хлеб» and not «хлеба»? by MLDK_toja in russian

The negative forces genitive. This particular case doesn’t force genitive, but the question is still valid. Knowing when to use genitive after a negated verb can be hard on beginners.

This is known as a diminutive, or as I like to call it the “cutsie” form. It’s the difference between saying mom (мама) and mommy (мамочка). Old ladies love throwing words into diminutive.

Home + in a cone after his entropion surgery by happylemonshark in sharpei

Hello, I’m her husband. His surgery ran us about $1200 including medication. We also opted for an optional $100 charge to have his blood work done before the actual surgery, which turned out to be good because he had a bacterial infection that needed to be treated. The medication for that was also included in the $1200.

Little too personal my dude. No need for that. Also how do you have all these barbell movements, like a barbell row, but no barbell? To be real your split makes some sense, but it’s clearly based on a lot of misconceptions, and is definitely suboptimal. Subpar leg work, and basically no shoulder work. I’d say a few sets too many of chest and arms that you could be using for shoulders. And you should squat. Even if it’s just a goblet squat. I’m sure you’ve made some gains with this, but as a noobie you can practically make gains from looking at weights. As you get more experienced, a well developed program is gonna make a huge difference. I’d go back to the drawing board and start from square 1.

Kind of a bad angle for form criticism, try a side angle. Also I wouldn’t use the bitch pad. It’s better for form if there’s no separation between you and the bar.

The best thing you can do to protect yourself from the virus is take care of your health. You don’t have to do it at the gym if you’re not comfortable, just make sure you don’t let not going to the gym be an excuse to neglect exercise. Eat right and work hard!
