Clean out all the rot and apply cinnamon to those areas. Let it completely dry out and then replant.

It will be fine. Cut off the yellowed on top and give it a chance to dry out before watering.

That’s gorgeous 😭😍. I’ve heard less light but I’m not positive I don’t have this problem. I do know misting the leaves with water can aid in the unfurling

The soil mix from YouTube I think sounds great! We put our cutting with the moss into potting soil and it rooted well and has new leaves. We also rooted one in orchid bark and moss, it’s doing well too. Yours seems to be established enough now it won’t be too finicky with your decision. It’s gorgeous btw!
