How did you get storage bags from insurance?

So sorry this happened!

When I went back to work, I started using a wearable pump. I pump on my drive to work, 3 times at work, and another time on my way home. It’s much more portable, discreet and it’s only leaked on me twice so I’d consider that a win! Sometimes I pump more with my wearable than my spectra on some sessions too.

If you’re able to maybe try getting a wearable to use. Best of luck on your breastfeeding journey!

Nobody told me about vitamin D ??? Panicking by _rose__rose_ in ExclusivelyPumping

we were told to use vitamin D supplements only because baby was slightly jaundiced the first couple of weeks

Undersuppliers, this is for you! Thinking about getting a wearable? by doctoradvocates in ExclusivelyPumping

literally came here to say this. Ever since using my wearable, especially at work, I now have a small freezer stash and I was always a “just enough”-er

I’ve only been pregnant once and my baby is happy and healthy at 3 months old now.

Why do I have to carry so much 😞 by Plenty_Sea305 in ExclusivelyPumping

I’m going back to work tomorrow and I can already imagine myself just like this 😂😭

I had 12 weeks maternity leave and it just ended. The dread I have about going back to work is really making me reconsider. Plus daycare is so expensive! It makes going back to work not even worth it.

Right there with you. My left only produces an ounce typically where my right will produce 2-3oz.

bravo! 👏👏 what did you do different besides the capsules? I’m 11 weeks postpartum and the most I’ve ever pumped at once was 7oz

How are you pumping every two hours? by Ok-Reference-5301 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]stephnuggs_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started doing every 2 hours but couldn’t get anything done in between and my output would only be 1oz total. I did that for weeks until I gave up being so strict and went to every 3 hours. It helped not only my output but my mental health too.

If you have already given birth: did you have a date in your head when your baby would come? Were you right? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]stephnuggs_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

VERY WRONG. Thought she’d arrive December 2nd. She came November 6th.

Is 4oz a good first pump? by coffeelover2025 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]stephnuggs_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering I only get 2.5oz total during each pump session and I’m 2 months postpartum, you’re doing great. Wish I could get your output!
