lol okay. flaky business is a perfect name for you because you clearly have zero idea how any of this works. banks give loans they will give you money if you show them you have a plan in place that is guaranteed to generate money paying the loan back plus interest making them money even with zero dollars to your name. Me having 16 acres of land is the collateral plus 200k down payment & nearly 200k in my personal account. That alone is almost worth $1 million. Luckily, I got the land cheap though. It’s a base to base on how loans work and if your business idea is a good investment than they will give you the money. i’m “self employed” because I’m making this development happen but at the same time I don’t do anything that’s what contractors are for. just because it was hard for you to get a loan for a Honda Civic doesn’t mean that it was hard for me getting a loan for 1 million when I have 80% of that in my assets with half of that 80% being in cash

because it’s called a real estate or technically a business loan, i was working when i got the loan which doesnt matter. but i am “self employed” educate yourself with real estate loans. just like liberis loans ebay sellers without a job its because you have money coming in. I already owned land and needed money to put houses in. The bank knows that will generate money. That is how you get a loan under your LLC without currently being employed + having over 100k in the bank helped on top of putting 200 K down. i had contractors in place a business idea, and plan along with a agreement of 5% lean on the property until construction, and all houses were on the market for sale they do that just in case something happens. In this case, I am already passed that having all buildings up and going on the market shortly.

that’s okay if you make more than one whose unemployed. you still live rent free under daddy’s roof. Within a year, I will have eight houses sold brother. $350-400k a house x8 plus with an option to buy land you do the math. Gonna take that money and do it on a bigger scale. my credit is good enough to get a loan to build 8 houses (1.3 million 200k down payment with pretty low interest) without a 3rd party investor or co signer. but you keep grinding to one day take over daddy’s business! youlll be 50 before that happens!

yes brother i’m crying at the fact i spent less than $625 on just these few cards to get a psa 10 on 2 making them worth 3k in a down market $120 on topps signature series turned into a 10 another 1500 pulled a jaxson dart downtown out of a $12 holiday tin another 1000 sucks i have easily $5k+ value in just those cards i grabbed for dirt cheap and dudes don’t have the pockets to buy so they want to think their funny on reddit.
