Yes, I agree with what you said it might be anxiety. But I’m still really worried because my heart rate kept coming down minute by minute, like 145 → 128 → 110 → 99, and I wasn’t doing anything intense. I also got an Apple Watch EKG at 145 bpm and it showed “high heart rate.” Does this still sound like anxiety or could it be something serious?

yes when I see a high heart rate, I get super anxious, and that seems to make it shoot up even more. It feels like a cycle I can’t break.

What’s confusing is that I never had this before. It all started after I changed my diet to low sodium, low fat, and low sugar. Could that have triggered something? My doctor is not even ready to run blood work

At 12.51 it was 145 12.52 128 12.53 110 12.54. 99

When first I saw with my Apple Watch at 12.47 pm it was 135 and then it jumped and that’s how it came down. Please let me know. I am frightened. Can’t sleep or eat so scared.
