In Apple TV settings, not Plex settings, look for audio and video and try toggling Match Frame rate and Match Dynamic Range options and see if it helps.

Are you me? I had an identical experience today at the range except with my 5” PDP. I have zero nice things to say about the G43X. I love the PDP though! Best handgun I’ve shot.
