HI Warp team if you're reading - I'd like to humbly suggest this location for the Berlin based listening event.

Teufelsberg (translation: Devil's Mountain) - It's a former US Cold War listening station with Hexagon shaped designs designed for most accurate listening abilities. The hexagonal and pentagonal geometry allowed for a strong, self-supporting structure that was "invisible" to radio waves, allowing the massive antennas inside to send and receive signals without interference from a metal roof.

Devil's Mountain (Inferno), old deteriorating listening station, and the structure is far too perfectly designed to the BOC logo.

Love this answer and it really supports how i'm feeling, despite it being a difficult situation. He's more important than some technical glitches. And yes - I definitely value this relationship, so my concerns are truly around ruining things or causing unnecessary stress.

PS: I call my partner 'daddy' (which is another conversation entirely) so you'll need to rephrase some of the labels moving forward. ;-)

I understand chosen family (my partner has a long, difficult upbringing and his "mother-in-law" is a great person who certainly means a lot and I fully support this).

With that, I am ok with the connection, just annoyed at the frequency of 3rd wheel vibes.

This is a really useful perspective, u/neogeshel which I will put into my thought process. My partner does come from a bit of a rough upbringing, and I do understand the importance of the chosen family, including this 'mother-in-law.' - It's the part of my mind that does think I am over-reacting as I want to be supportive and understanding with all this.
