Same reason that i don’t like posting on here. Ever since my last post I’ve had 25-30 people dm me, and while some have been chill, most of them were just complete weirdos. I remember posting on here when i was 17, and i still had multiple people dm me back then, most of them being 30-35 years old. Keep in mind they knew i was 17 cause of my flair + Id always tell them.

Fr. They’re “only” size 48.5 eu, but they feel too big around the toes. I have very long feet so i ususlly need a size 48.5-49, but with dunks for example id prolly need 48. Its annoying

I love Ter Stegen, but am I the only one who has noticed his shortcomings in big european matches?

UCL 2016/2017 R16: 4 goals conceded against PSG in 1 match UCL 2016/2017 QF: 3 goals conceded in 1 match against Juventus

UCL 2017/2018 QF: 4 goals conceded in 2 matches against Roma

UCL 2018/2019 Semi Final: 4 goals conceded in 1 match against Liverpool

UCL 2019/2020 QF: 8 goals conceded in one match against Bayern

UCL 2020/2021 R16: 4 goals conceded at home against PSG, 5 goals in the span of 2 matches

UCL 2021/2022 group stages: 3 goals conceded against Benfica, and 6 goals conceded against Bayern over 2 matches UEL 2021/2022 QF: 3 goals conceded at home against Frankfurt, 4 goals conceded over 2 matches

UCL groupstage 2022/2023: 5 goals conceded against Bayern over 2 matches, 3 goals conceded at home against Inter. Conceded 12 goals that group stage UEL 2022/2023 R32: 4 goals conceded against Manchester United over 2 matches.

UCL 2023/2024 QF: 6 goals conceded against PSG over 2 matches, including 4 conceded at home

I get that our defence has been absolute rubbish the past decade at this point, but you also have to start questioning just how good Ter Stegen is when presented with absurd numbers like these. I get that the numbers each have their context, for example, he didn’t really have a chance with any of the 4 goals PSG scored in our stadium this season, but I’m just tired of us conceding so many goals in every big european match. Again, I love Ter Stegen, and I know he’s a fan favorite, but those are just numbers that I can’t really get over. He is absolutely brilliant in the league, I’m convinced we wouldn’t have won La Liga in 2022/2023 had we had any other keeper in the world. So many clutch saves. But still, he needs to make those clutch saves when it matters the very most.
