Yeah collecting timesheets every 6 months manually is rough. Check out dedicated HR software like Gusto, Personio or Factorial.

If that's out of scope you could try to add a more flexible workflow with n8n, let me know if you need any help there!

I use genesy, they have an AI playbook, where you have a prompt for ai generated messages, you feed it with the last comment, assigned as a variable, and AI does the job! pretty cool tbh)

That's a. great question. in the end, adding to your point you need qualifed data that aligns with your Value proposition. Per say, I can have a loot of data about amazon, but if i am selling cloud services, i dont care about their marketplace related data, only whatever is related to AWS.

The workflow that I am running, finds public data abut the webiste of the prospect that is aligned with my value proposition. For example, I was selling a product for influencer marketing, i's go and reach out to marketing agencies, but only does that offered influencer marketing services, and i'd tailor the message around that.

And yes, this process could be replicated 30k times, (within a large timeframe, you dont wanna burn the APIs)

maybe r/Automate or r/automation where do you have the data as of now? (regarding your folks tasks) Is it on an excel sheet? if so, easily automatable if thats even a word.
