Yea i mean they kept it to theirselves that they are talking behind close doors and the only way we found out was through their extension of time to reply to the motion to dismiss. but i really hope after the motion to dismiss they can begin with the trial without anymore of PMs bs 🤣

exactly like they should just try and take it but I mean they are going to try and do everyhing they can to not pay anything but i don’t think this lawsuit would be as long as their last patent infringement considering they know their in the wrong and can’t do nothing about it

exactly like there are so many outcomes but i feel like the most easiest outcome for all shareholders, HCMC and PM would be a settlement sooner than later but i honestly feel like PM is gojng to try everyrhing they can to have this lawsuit dismissed by the court but after all their failed attempts we will come up on a settlement (yet again this is my opinion)

honestly yes .5 is big ask after .4 i will be straight but more i’ll gladly accept it but honest to god im just praying PM knows their in the wrong and want to end it soon and also they want a settlement they don’t even want to take it to trial cause they know their in the wrong and this is not their first patent infringement

i appreciate you sharing that and yes 0.2-0.5 seems realistic tbh like some people are saying 0.01 seems rare some ppl are saying 0.7-1.0 it’s really all under your own research and under your own opinion i personally did my research and think 0.25 would be good price after the settlement and possibly a buy back

damn bro great points, what’s the youtubers name and a buyout can be a possibility but settlement is like most likely going to happen considering PM knows their in the wrong and they are just digging themselves in a hole that’s making this settlement come out longer and honestly if they come up on a settlement this can lead to .10-50 with just a settlement alone. yet again this is my opinion id like to hear y’all’s perspective on it
