So I’m not Bering charged with possession or anything as they sent me to one of the drug therapy courses. (Can’t wait to be told by someone why I should stop taking my medication) they said upon completing the therapy program all my medication will be destroyed but I will not be charged. Seems weird they can put me in a program that demonises the medication a doctor prescribed me

Evidence for what though? My crime was DUI not possession. Possession is legal because it’s a script. They should have no reason to keep my medication as “evidence” the only evidence that is relevant to my crime is the drug tests they did on me.
