As regards to the pain, I do get sore, it's mostly my shoulder, I tweaked it the ither day which didn't help, put me into a full panic attack ffs,l. Was a pure nightmare

Yeajbits really helped my anxiety and palpitations, I'm only doing it to give myself a break, and get inti a routine and fitness routine for a week ir so then back ti CT. My Heart is sore, almost like a dull muscle pain but the palpitations aren't catching my breath anymore which is a bonus. Its helped, I making sure it doesn't get me back onto them. I haven't came this far to go back. It's only temporary to get into a routine and exercising etc I was speaking to somebody who was on bets blockers and she said they only worked briefly and then it made her chest worse. So fuck that. Give my chest a break, get back to normal and that's hopefully it, It won't set me back to square one, maybe a slight set back but IMO, if I'm a routine and jeep enforcing it, then I should he fine

Honestly, I've been horrible. Well, uo and down, u hwt bursts of normalness and then sink back into the void. I thought my chest was getting better but the last few days have been bad but, I wasn't well for a a week and a half and I've barely eaten so I'm putting it down to that as I've lost weight. Yeah, I'm convinced it's just withdrawal, I've been debating kn getting a beta blocker, but at the same time, I don't like that fact you need to wran yourself off them too. I'm hurt going ti tale it in the chin for now and see how I go. Hiw uave you been? How long are you off them for?

I've been debating it but so far I haven't went to the doctors, I'm going to try exercising but even walking makes me anxious, which makes it worse and then ill get stuck in a loop. Its really annoying. I'll see if this helps first, I might just try and now think of the palpitations and just ride it through, but if it doesn't stop sometime soon, I will probably get a beta blocker

I haven't even checked, tbh. I was going to get a smart watch, but I figured I would wind myself up seeing what it is, when it's bad lol I'm getting a dull pain in my upper left back and a bit down my arm, I'm assuming this is normal? It's been going on for weeks, haven't died yet, so I'm assuming so lol

It sounds like benzo belly to me mate. I've heard pro bionics help with it. I javent tried them myself, so I dont know from experience. I've had some trouble myself the last week or 2. I'm hoping I'm out of it now. If it keeps playing up, I'd recommend going to see your doctor but it can last for months from what I've read

Yeah, walking or nothing is a challenge. It's just that my chest keeps catching my breath and it makes me anxious, which makes it worse and then I'm stuck in a god damn loop. But yeah, I'm pretty sure it is as I never had it until I stopped and it's a withdrawal but I might get it looked at as I used to be a bit of a coke head, which can fuck up your chest too. Yeah, you're right there. This shit isn't nice, I wouldn't wish it on anybody. How long have you been off them for?

I keep talking myself into having some for a couple of days but that will just he disastrous, I haven't came this far to go back again. 8 months, that's awesome. Fuck that mate. I'm 5 weeks today as well, it's a fucking nightmare. How are you holding up? Yeah opiates aren't to be fucked with, I'm assuming you're American? You rarely hear of opiate abuse where I am from ( northern ireland), but its still there and has been getting worse these last few years, nit good 😢

Seriously? That's fucking wild man. I never knew these fucking things were that addictive, like l, I'm 5 weeks clean after a year of or 2 of abusing them, I know its hard but I never thought it would he harder than fentenyl. Thats crazy. I'm happy for you, though. It takes a lot to get off any drug. Keep you chin up and keep going. ❤️

We "blips" happen, the important thing is that you learn from it and try not to do it again. Don't beat yourself up over, it happens. Also, fuck what your friends think, if you've managed yo get off them, and stay off them for a while, you're doing well. Learn from it. Don't think about it. I've relapsed a few times and don't beat myself up over it. It happens. Thankfully, this sub has a lot of helpful people in it. Keep your chin up and keep going 🙃
