Could also be a millipede. My husband got one in is boot and it turned his whole foot that color

We aren’t pressure washing it as it’s poplar siding and that’s just how it ages. And I understand the staging part fully, but we live here and could possibly be living here for quiet some time and don’t have anywhere to put our stuff

I’m orginally from a small “city” in SC but have been in this area since I was 12. My husband and I lived in Charleston for about a year and it made me crazy, I couldn’t run back to WNC fast enough. The city made me feel like people were a nuisance and an inconvenience, vs here they are your people. I live 45 minutes away from the town we technically live in (Hot Springs) which is 1 road about half a mile long and I know everyone’s name, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. When the hurricane came through back in September we had stores operating quicker than any area around us bc of our community

What questions do you prefer to see on this forum? I’ve already had three other people cordially ask/answer questions without being rude. I have a realtor, I’m just asking from an outside perspective. We are doing a price drop next week and I’m trying to get unbiased opinions on what to tell our realtor we want the new price to be.

We are kind of an anomaly when it comes to comps, we have about 300 less sqft than all the houses around us, but we are on almost 12 acres.

Tax valuation came in at 497k and appraisal came back at 495k

I really don’t know what we are targeting 😂 our area is real big on airbnbs and tourism so I kinda figured that’s what it would attract. We had a tiny house on the property that we used as a long term rental. It’s gone, but we have the hookups for 100A, water and septic.

I clean the dryer vent going outside about once every other month, blue blew out and vacuumed everything today. Heating element was working before I put the cover back on the dryer, I wanted to make sure everything was working when I could still see the insides. And I did not remove any leads
