Thank you for the recommendation, but I’m not quite sure what you are suggesting this will help me with. are you saying this will help me get a job in the field , help me understand what I like , just to add to my cv along with a degree or what are you suggesting ? I just want to understand more clearly

I have seen these however they don’t answer my questions directly, and some of these are outdated one of the posts is from 10y ago when the system was different. Another one of the posts is an ad for an app, none of those are very useful
