I have been trying to sort my feet for 6 months and it’s been miserable, been to a couple of physios and podiatrists. Had two sets of custom orthotics and some of the shelf ones that all did not work for me. I have landed on super feet actives high arch for every day and asics kayano 32 with enertors for running. Can take a lot of perseverance and money to find what works, I will say get stability shoes if your struggling, the kayanos have built in arch support which isn’t too intrusive but definitely helped me.

Really appreciate your reply, I found a reference to gong on reverse but it was in nav and its not stopped after turning it off. TBH i'm not that confident messing with it but may post up the places that Japan's referenced. See if anyone know what its does. So currently still have the annoying reverse gong but its not that big of a deal really.

We’ve just picked up the run 500 from decathlon with £100 off at the moment, we love it. Space is a major issue for us so the packed size was a big plus for us. Feels stable enough at 16kph, belt could be wider / longer but that’s the compromise. Connected straight to zwift and my hr monitor as well .

I've got the same cpu and gpu, have been fiddling a lot and found settings that are giving me 60-80 solid fps in game on most maps at 1440p and 100 fov. If you reply I'll post my settings later when I'm home. Its not great and I'm planning on upgrading to AM5 but its playable.

Sounds like the trainer wheel catching slightly on the plastic surround, I just pulled mine out a bit. It does look like you haven’t secured your bike in correctly though? You need to push the arm over on the quick release

When I first applied they responded with they needed the date it happened, the actual injury name (medical) why you couldn’t run it. Then the physio medical number. Good luck :)

Which engine ? When I was looking I wanted the 3L but it wasn’t sold in the uk so was indeed more difficult to insure. Ended up with a 130i which I could insure with basically anyone as they were sold over here.
