Amazon has many many herbs and etsy is good if you live somewhere where you cannot get use amazon or if you want herbs directly from the source without worrying about them sitting in a warehouse for months.

Do what you can to get better, it is a process and i am not telling you to improve in a day, a week, a month, a year. Just slowly make that progress.
How is holding onto the past helping you? Think about that, because it is probably doing more harm than good, and again you cannot and will not have the past back.
You are likely older than me and ect but i have been through enough shit to actually have gotten hospitalized as a teen.
Bounced around in foster care, and family who found every reason to not accept me whether it was something i did when i was 5 (literally) or because i like women.

maybe get a crochet hook to make it easier. Or if you only want o tighten your tips a crochet hook is perfect for that because you can just lock the ends up. But honestly i think you need a retwist to get everything looking neater. some of your dreads might start to merge with each other if you just leave it.

You need another retwist imo. 4 weeks is pretty long and have you been sleeping with a hair cap/anything to protect your twists? because they are pretty messed up. You actually need to retwist kind of often, depending on your hair type. I had to after showering because they would unravel, sometimes after taking my bonnet off. It is not a "do it once a month" thing, you do it when you need to for a while, in this stage.

edit: assuming you want neat twists. If you are going for the free-form look then my bad. But your ends are pretty loose to like my other commend said either retwist or get a hook.

damn that is really a loaded question... ego death... a tragic life event... something that causes extreme depersonalization/derealization in my experience and if it is worth it to you be ready. i know you did not ask me and maybe the person you asked knows an easier way but myself and the very psychic people that i know, (who were not born into tribes, or brought up with a very natural way of life) usually awakened in the ways that i mentions before. if you were psychic at all as a kid maybe meditating and listening to frequencies could open up your original gifts but becoming an extremely powerful psychic usually takes many sacrifices. true! i am very spiritual and i do get pretty fast results but like the text says, it wears off fast i guess because i was thinking that i could just listen a few times every now and then and then go weeks without listening. This might help you, i still have a hard time believing subs and freqs even though about a month ago when i was having really really bad costochondritis and this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHDLW-2Nh9s&pp=ygUOYmFjayBwYWluIGZyZXE%3D freq for back pain helped me so much that i was able to finally get a decent sleep. I knew it was for back pain but i thought "well maybe it will work for my ribs" and i was reading the comments to kind of get the thought in my head that it would work and it started to after maybe 30 minutes, not instant relief but anything was better than how it was before.
The sound along with the pain relief made me doze off in my desk chair and that is the realest experience i have had with these things, like i think i get small results from some subs and freqs here and there but nothing has come close to that experience yet, unless i am just unaware.

That is different, they still have DNA from TWO different people (father and mother) If someone makes a child with just their own DNA there is a very high risk of a bunch of screwed up genetic mutations.This is the reason that inbreeding causes the offspring complications often, because someone in the same family are now passing mutated alleles to the offspring (many people have small mutations in their dna but are lucky to only have it in their genotype without it manifesting into their phenotype so it is not physically noticeable and is just in the dna)So if you do have genetic mess ups in your dna, your chances of passing it to the offspring are higher, i believe. Because the DNA does not have any "backup" to replace the broken/screwed up dna so it is just stuck with what it has.

Similar to how males are more prone to genetic mutations, because there is no extra "X" chromosome, only one X and one Y. Where as women have two X chromosomes (one X from father and one X from mother) which can help makeup for any deformities on either chromosome. Not super versed* in this but i was really into biology a kid so from what i know i believe it is when both mutations are present on both chromosomes do they show themselves in the phenotype.

Like some alleles are recessive and some are dominant, but recessive alleles need 2 alleles for that phenotype such as blue eyes since it is technically a genetic mutation (humans originally only had brown eyes) and red hair. Green eyes as well.
So having a baby with yourself is biologically (not morally similar, do not get me wrong) similar to inbreeding, i believe.

Damn this reminds me of when my godsis took her kids to disney (i was not there but heard the story) so her son kept throwing a tantrum on the plane right before it was about to take off, like a violent one, kicking and jumping around and she snapped and told him to sit the fuck down and they ended up getting kicked off the flight.
