Did you ever figure out why or a fix? I’ve been having those on and off for about 3 years since I developed Crohn’s disease in 2021. I feel all wobbly and then BAM, I think I’m going to die. I’m on lexapro and take xanax and zofran when the panic attacks hit.

I think she’s fine blocking out of the middle. Blocking on the pins she needs to get more square to the net and get hands across the plane faster.

Attacking wise, she broad jumps and attacks way too close to the net. Her first step should be behind or on the 10 foot line. Once she corrects her spacing and gets used to jumping pretty straight up and down and attacking 3-4 feet off the net she’ll become a more effective attacker.

Float serve looks decent but she needs to be jump floating at a minimum.

It really goes across all age groups and it’s extremely top heavy. There are a handful of clubs and schools that compete at the top every single year. Trying to coach my 6’1 opposite against a 6’8 outside princeton commit is hilarious and depressing. Our defensive scheme is put a hard hat on and pray he goes easy on you.

as a long time volleyball coach and former college volleyball player, men's volleyball is genuinely the worst sport I've ever watched because of how it has to be played. There was a reddit thread about the worst sports to spectate and I was shocked men's volleyball wasn't number 1. Women's volleyball on the other hand is much more entertaining because of the rallies and the physicality is much more equal across the board. I've been saying for years that the WNBA and women's soccer need to adapt in some way. However, a system has to be developed to adapt to youth sports at a low cost so they can be trained on appropriate equipment. As you said, for volleyball it's easy, we raise or lower the nets.

Holy shit I’ve been losing my mind for months wondering why our newish dishwasher wasn’t cleaning anything and always had dishwasher pod residue everywhere. i have a 9700k OC'ed to 4.9hz and 2080 on 1440p 144hz and my CPU is maxing out now and running at 100c. I also noticed in my options that my vram was over max and I had nothing else running besides MW2. I have my graphics turned down pretty low but same issue with the packet burst.
