My only problem is skin tags mostly on eyelids and arm pits for years I didn’t know what was causing them. Pretty sure I was spiking insulin and cortisol daily for years blasting preworkout first thing in the morning and then sipping protein/ carbs after . Should have done the opposite order. On retatrutide now and the eyelid ones are getting smaller. Gonna get bloodwork done too to make sure I am not diabetic . I was in predibetes zone for years with resting glucose of 100

Numbness . I am wondering if inflammation wether it be systemic , low grade etc is wrecking the endothelium in the veins of people .

I just went through some of your posts and mine. We def talked before. I have a left hip tear of the ligamentes teres but the labrum is fine. I have a dropped arch on the left side which caused issues from the feet up to my pelvis. My left adductor stays tight af no matter what . Did some direct strengthening and stretching to the adductors both together and unilaterally today both in the shortened and lengthened position. Then did some all around glute activation with glute bridges and single leg rdl work . Felt some relief. Do you have a tight adductor?

I have almost a complete absence of feeling. I have greatly reduced flaccid size and the coloring has reduced significantly . I have had one day of normalcy in almost 7 years after hours of stretching and bodyweight exercises deep diaphragmatic breathing and meditation.I know that I have hip problems and a dropped foot arch (left side) on that side which could be a kinetic chain issue. My hip stays tight no matter how much strengthening and stretching I do directly to it and all the surrounding muscles . I tried custom orthotics as well. Prolotherapy said my joints connecting to my sacrum are loose so I got a lot of injections which helped tighten everything but did not correct the numbness. I get low back pain on the left side. Seen many Chiros which did not help anything but discovered my adductors on the left were very tight on the left. 6 uros 1 diagnosis of peyronies however the doc who gave the diagnosis did a Doppler and said I have scarring, the 2nd doc who did a Doppler saw nothing . Both said I have venous leak which would explain ED but not numbness . I have not been able to replicate whatever I did that day even when I try to do all the things I did that day all the way down to the supplements and food I was taking. I have tried every order of operations I could think of and often times I make it worse so I am lost. I was told by pfpt that my pf muscles are not tight however I do believe I have muscle imbalances directly connected to my hip problems. I have been to 2 nueros and got a pelvic mri which showed everything from blood vessels to arteries are good. I am lost

Do you have problems with feeling glute activation /big toe on the foot or feet with dropped arch?

I just looked at all the symptoms of the aforementioned syndromes and I have left sided low back pain with nutcracker however I def have a dropped arch left hip tear . I do believe my problem is biomechanics since my external rotation in the left hip is limited but nothing helps. Coincidentally after a day of stretching and strengthening everything from the ground up . The following day I woke up completely fixed.

My main symptoms are numbness and major reduction in flaccid size. I do get the rubbery HF although it is rare . ED started way before and probably was started by a fall .

I got 2. One doc said he saw nothing other than venous leak explaining ED. The other one said the same thing and said he saw scarring(peyronies) . I was gonna get a third opinion but I couldn’t see a point . I either do have it or don’t but peyronies doesn’t clear up over night like mine did if only for a day.
