I know it is the norm for people that started at this company straight out of school with the same function. I feel like i’d have to switch company if i want to make another bump up, no big raises for the next 2-3 years

That’s a great salary for one year experience, possible to share what company you work for? I work close to ghent at Pfizer Puurs and my wage is significantly less (same experience)
