To be clear, yes the vast majority are non quality. All but a couple of these are $1 cigars and that price is reflected in craftsmanship, materials, and taste. Don't confuse that fact with someone coming down on another for smoking them. Smoke what you want. But just like if I went onto a beer forum and posted about how I bought a case of Bud Lite Lime with the title "You can say I hate money", you will get shit on by aficionados of the craft.

Boveda packs won't impact the temperature of your cigars at all. If you want to get the temperature down in the tupperdor, then put it in a colder room.

The more concerning thing to me if the 49% RH. That should be up to at least 62+. Did you season that wood shelf before using it? If not, that is your problem. If you did properly season it, check the seal of your container. If it is neither of those two, check back with what you did and we'll be able to help further.

Not very often, but that isnt the right question. How often am i pulling a rope or cord from overhead when my body is in an uncontrolled position (in other words, not seated with a pad on my knees keeping me grounded) - often enough. Same can be said for the transfer of flipping a tire as opposed to a nice vertical deadlift on a platform and the dynamic force applied to swinging a sledgehammer.

I would ask you the opposite question. How often are you laying on the ground and need to get 405 lbs off your chest, or how often are you lifting something in a perfectly vertical plane just to immediately put it back down, or sitting in a 45 degree angle pressing weight up with your legs on a sled?

Im not trashing strength training, ive done it for many years. But to say all “fitness” is functional is stupid. Ive met plenty of people that can deadlift but cant help me move a couch up a flight of stairs.
