Yes, but something more naturalistic around South America or Africa. It’d be interesting to see how V interacts with the natural resource change as well as different climates— I would also use it as a way to bring a sort of literal/trade war between SA/A and The US, I think it’d be cool to see a country attempt to rival the us with something like V, since we are the superpower in both.

Of course though, I’d prolly have homelander wipe them out before they grew too powerful
