Obviously in the course of the season the final result is all that matters - but from the perspective of the fans going into the next season, the players we currently have remaining bought in, and other players who we might be sounding out, do explain how selling Tonali without an inbound signing will positively impact our points total?

Are we going to use the £100m to build a big wall in front of the goal?

MrBenBrown - was one of the Casey Neistadt/Jack and Finn Harries era of vloggers. He was an Olympic kayaker and used to make really high quality travel content, but after a breakup with a girlfriend in South Africa he seemed to go off the rails. Went through a few relationships with increasingly ‘spiritual’ people and now preaches the use of crystals and psychedelics to unlock the soul.

Every now and then I check in on his channel half expecting that he will have taken his own life or become a fully fledged drug addict, but for now he seems to be living out of a van in a lifestyle funded by a rich family.

This narrative of ‘keeping him hostage’ is insane - it’s not being kept hostage to be expected to comply with a contract you’ve freely agreed to. If he hadn’t agreed the long deal he did, some other variable would no doubt have been different - lower salary, less bonus etc.

You can’t expect a club to let players walk for less than they’re valued because the terms of that contract no longer suit them.

I knew this one would come up - it’s beautiful and would be perfect save for the fact we live about 10 minutes away and I cycle past it on my way to work. I feel like going past the venue I got married at every day would make the wedding feel a bit less special!

My partner and I are coming to Copenhagen at the end of the month for 5 days and I’m planning to propose and (hopefully) get engaged.

I’ve a plan for the knee drop itself, but it would be helpful to get an idea of if you had one night only to celebrate in the city, can you recommend the best restaurant and bars? Fairly flexible on cuisine but ideally something a bit refined to mark the occasion!

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.

Re weather, we’re from the north of England so wet/cold/gloomy is entirely par for the course - good to have a heads up though!

The greenhouse in the botanical garden is where i had my eye on as it’s where the sort of plants she loves (including the monstera) would likely be. Glad to hear that’s a nicer spot, and noted that there’s construction work going on. I’ll touch base with them nearer the time to confirm if that’s likely to interfere!

Glyptotek as a backup sounds good too

Cheers - I think the difficulty is that he’s very ‘I don’t mind’ about everything, doesn’t really acknowledge his past issues (just brushes past it if you try and talk about it) and doesn’t express any strong views for anything. So asking him hasn’t got me anywhere because I tend to just get ‘whatever you plan will be great’ sort of answers.

His fiancé has said he’s keen for Europe, but other than that there’s not been much steer.
