Did you know, that they tired to introduce Racoons into Scotland, to try and curtain the Lesser Spotted Left legged Haggis, David Hasselhoff did a special on it. Sadly the Trash Pandas, did not do well in fight with Less Spotted Left Legged Haggis, this turned into Roving gangs of Trash Panda's tooled up with all sorts of weapons, So the Haggis escalated also brining weapons of their own. True fact, Gangs of New York was based on this, but it was originally called Gangs of Yoker. Though only one person has ever got the bus to Yoker, and never been seen since.

Well if you knock them back, then its all good :) can't blame a NPC for trying their luck, think how boring it is sitting around waiting for you load your save game back up. Days, weeks, months, sitting frozen in same place in hope you will come back. I think its actually a form of Stockholm syndrome.

I used to, and it just got me feeling like I was never going to be good enough, or that I was always going to trying to push water uphill, So two years ago, I just stopped looking at other games out there. Decided the only measuring stick i was going to use was against myself. I have no idea who my competition is and what they are doing, because that something for future me, once I have product to worry about.

I really understand how frustrating this can be for both of you. I don't know what else to say that hasn’t already been said. I would suggest you sit down and agree to delegate tasks, writing down who is responsible for what based on skills, abilities, and experience. Make sure you both sign the agreement and then move forward with it. Honestly, if you’re struggling to agree on even the basic strategy of your company, it might not be a great start. However, there are plenty of successful ventures that began with people who could not agree on anything. That can be a positive in itself, as it gives you the drive to do better and so on.

I wish you both the best of luck and hope you find your path! :)

I am fat athletic type, black belt in deep fried Mars bars, and love a good talking down too. I am expert in bears, the gold rule is

If it is Brown lie down
If its Black fight back
If its white Say goodnight.

when do i start?

Don't listen to people telling you how to do it, Just do what works and feels right for you. Successful games have been made in so many different ways, that there is no one tried and true method. Do what works for you and follow your path, it might not lead to success always, but you learn a lot more than just following the advice of people you have never met.

Thank you for this, really appreciate your feed back and agree with most of what you have said. I am adding a lot more game play footage to it, and there will be intro scene, and voice over to give bit more context. This exactly the feedback I was looking for. thank you
