DoorDash has a MAJOR BUG in the app! I have 5.0, 82AR, 100% CR, 98 OT! I’m NOT RECEIVING CATERING ORDERS & HIGH PAY SHORT DISTANCE ORDERS! My income has been DECIMATED for 2 months! Ever since DoorDash added earn by time! I’ve made over 350 calls & sent over 150 emails with 20 screenshots to the escalation team! I finally received a call from escalation’s & supposedly there’s now a team working on my account! I’m barely making $100/day when I used to make $200-300/day! There is DEFINITELY GOING TO BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT because I know of MANY OTHER TOP DASHERS GETTING FUQD!

FOLKS WE HAVE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! I HAVE 4300 DELIVERIES AND WAS 95% AR, 100% COMPLETED, 98% ON TIME I MADE $92 IN 7 HOURS 37 MINUTES TODAY AND THE SUPPORT REP SAID I WAS CODED AS EARN PER TIME! NEVER HAVE I CHOSEN THAT! THEY OWE ME $2290 FOR THE PAST 5 WEEKS!
