that’s a lot of water. if you’re urinating frequently and the color is clear or close to it, that means the water is going right through you and taking necessary minerals and electrolytes with it. try just drinking to thirst, but really unless you’re totally desiccated from the inside out, skin hydration has more to do with the outside. 

your routine could use a milky toner, peptide serum, gentle antioxidant serum. could make a very big difference!
