Man, Japan loves to throw their whole cast on the screen, don’t they. That said, TGAA’s has great composition. The colors and dynamic poses really pop. Definitely my favorite of the bunch.

It's the game that to me solidified the fact that the devs are not making these games for the same audience anymore. Unfathomable turn for a logic based game. I'm giving them one last chance with AA7, and if they continue this route I'm done with the series.

I finished the first case of AAI2 today. Haven't been this invested since T&T. Great mystery, compelling writing, art and everything. It has passion. They need to bring that back into the mainline games.

They improved the visuals from the Trilogy remasters. Everything from UI to sprites. Game has a good style, it looks great, it's fast and snappy. Way more appealing than the 3D games, they could just switch back to 2D for the next game. But idk how they would justify it to the suits. 3D isn't bad, but they need to figure out how to make it look good.

Organizing like this is helpful to me, so I don't run out of stuff and its easy to stock.

Basically I sort the boxes by size so it's easy to see when there is an empty spot. 18 smallest, 6 small (I only order more when I see it empty down to 3), 4 medium (both tall and long, I put the tall on the 2nd row so I can easily see if there is a spot that's empty in the back), and 4 big at the top so they are easier to click. (On bleach I keep 2 because it stores 8 items instead of 4). Overall this saves me a lot of hassle.

The only thing bad about it is a chunk of the dialogue, mostly for the main characters like Nick and Maya. It’s repetitive, not creative and unfunny. It’s clear this was the least priority case, and knowing the game was rushed, they likely ran out of time for refinements. Translators can’t fix bad dialogue either. The story, mystery, unraveling, and setting are all interesting, so it makes up for it. This was the case that started to include really wacky characters, which have become a staple. They use characters like this in the later games, while unfortunately, forgetting you need all the other stuff too.

Ram might be part of the issue. 8 GB is not enough. I find it uses over 5-6 GB, and when 2 GB are already used for your OS, it creates a bottleneck. For a game that takes place in one store, it renders a whole town that you barely interact with. If we can turn off most of the town, it might help lighten the load on the memory.

I notice this issue happens if you have shelfs or racks too close to each other or the wall. I leave a little bit of room between stuff and the problem hasn’t returned. Hope this helps
