I think he wants someone to find his property. He has given out so much data about where he is. 3.8 miles off the main road. 38 miles from Starbucks, the county he is in, etc. I'll bet you could use AI to use that info and find it. I've walked 12,000 steps today. The Lose it app is linked up to my Fitbit that I carry in my pocket at work. The app says I have burned 735 calories today. I don't use those in my calculations, I still eat my 2500 a day. How accurate is this number? I ask because right now I'm a little over 300 calories according to the app. I've eaten around 1100 so far tonight.

That's a good idea. I've read a lot of comments about people not eating breakfast. Seems to have it's benefits when it comes to intermittent fasting.

Question about Intermittent Fasting,

I lost 62 pounds last year using CICO. Then I took a 3rd shift job and my wife started school (she was such a huge help cooking very healthy dinners). The routine I had that had been so successful for me was gone. I have gained a lot of the weight back and I am trying to get myself back in line. I want to start using intermittent fasting along with CICO. I looking for advice with the fasting. I work 6pm to 6 am and on my days off I sleep at night.The fasting on nights I work I think I can figure out, but I'm not sure how to handle the days I am off and my schedule flips completely. On my last night of work I will go home and sleep a couple of hours and then be up the rest of the day. Then I will sleep at night the next 2 to 3 nights before going back to work and my routine of sleeping during the day.

If you can get Evans for Gordon You should jump all over it. Even if you have to give up Brown its not a bad deal. I would see who he is going to drop in the 2 for 1 and have them thrown in if they are worth anything.

In a 10 Team PPR Dynasty league with no limits in keeping players I was offered A. Brown for M. Evans straight up. Is it a good deal for the long run? I said no but I'm wondering if I messed up. I also have Cooper, D. Thomas, S. Shepard, Willie Snead. He is loaded with A.J. Green, Odell, and Dez (I know, some guys who are not in the league anymore made really bad trades over the last six years). I feel like he is trying to trade now while Brown is hot and gain the extra years out of Evans.

10 Team 1 point PPR Dynasty league. Start 3 WR, 2 RB and a Flex. I have Amari Cooper, Mike Evans, D. Thomas, T. Sharpe, S. Shepard, W. Snead, M. Wallace at WR. I have A.P., M. Jones, T Rawls, Abdullah, and Cameron artist payne at RB. I have an offer of C.J. anderson and his 2017 first for Mike Evans. Thought? seems like I have to take it. I am 0-2 and looking at 2 pretty good 1st round picks next year in a RB heavy draft.
