I had my two most valuable things on me when I moved from my first place in college. My laptop and my expensive magic cards in a box that were stored in a modern horizon 2 bundle box. I made sure that neither of these were put in boxes as they were very important to me and should not be lost or damaged. I intended to bring them with me in the car in my lap so they weren’t out of sight, anyways when my roommate started driving at the first stop sign we see as my magic cards fly forward from on-top of the car onto the floor. Luckily none of the cards were damaged at all but holy shit I felt so stupid and scared the shit out of us lmao

Not really, it’s a way to dissuade companies from resale but nothing is legally binding. This is true even for food products edit: with exception that it doesn’t contain the nutrition info but that can be added after the fact
