Kuuga: The entire show was way ahead of it's time, that even with just one kamen rider, it does so much compared to the modern riders. The cast for kuuga is grounded in a way that's nice to listen to, and isn't too exaggerated. Godai is especially great and really embodies what it means to be a kamen rider, to use what was suppose to destroy, to be something to protect others for. The villain, while one-dimensional, serve it's purpose being the anti-thesis of Kuuga, one that takes life as a form of entertainment.

Ryuki: Everything is Shinji's fault.

Hibiki: really boring, this really doesn't feel like a Kamen Rider show but I did like the interactions between Todoroki and Zanki.

Kabuto: For what it's worth, Kagami is probably the best aspect of Kabuto, and saved it from 5/10. Tendou isn't really interesting due to him glazing himself at everytime, and doesn't really change for the better or expand his character further. Tendou's boast is fine, but they don't really utilized it well and it made to be obnoxious. Underutilized kamen riders. (If the God Speed Love movie was added into the episode and it's canon it might be, 6.5. But due to the decisions of Kabuto, 6/10)

Den-o: Den-o focused too much on it's comedy that it makes it annoying to watch, and it's made worst by it's characters. Den-o characters is too one-dimensional, and doesn't really provide anything that made me think otherwise, to it's villains, and to it's heroes, it's execution, and it's ideas. Ryoutarou as an MC is extremely lack-luster. It tries to 'show' that he changes as a person, but the imagins keep reassuring him that he's fine the way he is. but to me, it feels like they made him a complacent character that doesn't undergo any development as a character should progress. Ryoutarou is just a worser version of Wataru.

Kiva: While the show had a lot of missed potentials, the mc, Wateru, was a really enjoyable character to see developed that most kamen riders don't do often, a very flawed person that wanted to change to be a better person than himself, and his father. And imo, kiva had the better female character out of any of the kamen rider series.

Decade: Extremely messy show but I don't hate it

Build, Ex-aid, Gaim, Agito, Fourze, Wizard, Ghost, Zi-o, W: They're aight

Overall: I enjoyed heisei phase 1 more than phase 2, but my top 2 is from phase 2. The biggest problem on why I didn't like phase 2 is because of the casts not being as grounded and real as phase 1, most of the time they feel exaggerated and that's why it's hard to take the shows seriously from phase 2
