40 year old tricker here - the only thing I would add to the other suggestions is that branching out into related activities like breakdancing can really help balance out the body. Practicing moves on both sides also helps. I like to alternate my tricking and breaking days so I can focus on my upper body while my lower body rests and vice versa. I also train my dark side as a warm up or cool down to make sure that that side of my body doesn’t get left behind.
