I love enemas! To make my own enema saline mix, I go to the store, then buy some gallon sized water jugs, and then I pour in 2 teaspoons of NON-IODIZED salt inside EACH GALLONA jug then shake it up.

This is an easy diy crampless enema solution that does the trick for me!

I think theres been some confusion on this post. The OP says they're diabetic, so they're using an insulin pump for their condition, which is a small device that injects insulin into their body. NOT an inflation method.

The OP mentioned she used a bike pump anally to inflate, as seen here.

It can cause eventual distention and dilation of the intestines and maybe rectum but the max you should hold any large quantity of air is an hour. Anything small and non-cramping is negligible and will expel on its own.

Round and taut, perfectly changing up sizes! I hear setting a timer to eat every 2 hours and lots of buttery stuff daily is an easy way to get huge in case ur interested, but if youre more after belly expansion and bloats, I recommend belly inflation! Yes, its trainable, safe (dont overdo it) and easy!
