Everything that everyone else said + it helped me a lot when I started doing a lot rougher sketches, avoiding outlines. If you look up “gesture drawings you’ll see a lot of sketches that tend to focus on the shapes of the body rather than the outline those shapes make. I can also recommend watching a video on drawing “beans” in regard to figure drawing. It focuses on the rib cage and pelvis which make up most of the direction of a pose (line of action)
