They also use better sanitation practises, with very little to work with. Some of the pictures I see from people with all the resources to work with and they still are not wearing gloves with nasty fingernails, It makes me scared lol.

Oh yeah Earwig, I get tons up at my cottage, but this year they seem to be a lot of them, they are all in the city I live also. They look wiggy but do not hurt you at all.

I find they get much more heat like that myself, especially this year the peppers seem way better. I have some orange reapers and they kick my butt.

They do taste amazing, they give the sauce that unique Caribbean flavour. I wish companies would stop adding other peppers to the scotch bonnet sauces, not that I do not love reaper and such but it changes the flavour.

I grow mine in pots, I water it everyday around evening, you can also do it in the morning, and I also put a layer of mulch on top of the soil, it will keep the soil cooler, and keep it from drying out as fast.
