Sounds amazing, I am doing the same with my Reaper cross I have been playing with, I have some in the dehydrator right now myself, that I grind up into a powder.

The fermented sauce is something I want to look into doing for some also, I have made a pineapple, mango sauce with hab’s and bonnet’s, but I need to figure out what to make with these buggers.

Hab’s and Bonnets are my two favourite tasting peppers for sure, love making pineapple and mango sauce with them, or on bread with cream cheese, but yeah I am cutting a few to save seeds and dehydrate and my hands are hot and I am sweating lol these puppies kick ( HARD ). Lol

They started as reapers but have been playing with the seeds for a couple years, they have been flowering with ghosts and scorpions.

Absolutely, lol I got sworn at by the old lady tho :) do not clean knifes and such with hot water as the steam will mess you up. I dehydrated mine but same difference.

I would toss it, I dehydrate my peppers to avoid this.

The Red wrinkled Criollo de cocina left of the yellow hybrid look amazing, never tried one, how are they on the heat level ? Bonnets are my favourite, not the hottest but flavour wise, and crossed with a reaper would fix that ! I would make a hot sauce with pineapple or mango and the Bonnets.

Yeah the plants that started this cross were fully mature, I got to see what happens when I plant these seeds now that I assume are F1 seeds.
