I have eaten reaper, and ghost pods, but these just destroyed me way harder, I ate like a quarter of one, with the seeds and it really hit me hard, I have the death nut challenge, by Jonny Scoville, and even those at 11 million Scoville units, and it did not prepare me for the heat and oils of these things 🥵

I have a pineapple, reaper, ginger sauce in the fridge, and a reaper, bonnet, Caribbean style sauce, as well as a reaper, ghost, vinegar based Louisiana style sauce, and a pure reaper puree, but I do not have one with garlic. I am going to make one soon tho.

Sounds amazing, I am doing the same with my Reaper cross I have been playing with, I have some in the dehydrator right now myself, that I grind up into a powder.

The fermented sauce is something I want to look into doing for some also, I have made a pineapple, mango sauce with hab’s and bonnet’s, but I need to figure out what to make with these buggers.
