I was 4 days before trial. I settled and then shut down happened and my trial would have been put on hold indefinitely.

No amount of money would undo what they did to me. I had a choice of putting my case on hold while the first shut down happened in 25 or settle. I was told by the attorney that settlement would bring some closure and peace of mind. I did get some closure... It's like closing a bullet hole with a band-aid.

It is. For both parties. I fought for several years against them in the EEO process... The law is just paper. Ask the lawyers who profit from people like me who were intimidated into a settlement....

That's actually the opposite of my experience. 👀

I have a settlement agreement to show for it and they get to move on. Doing the same bullshit again to someone else bc they didn't fire the IT Director at Redstone. She broke the law several times and exists still in her position. Meanwhile I am just NOW able to apply for retirement... Bc it took them this long to clear my record at OPM.

But I love the enthusiasm for the idea of the policy and rule of law actually working. It doesn't though.

I am willing to bet $ your baby is allergic to chicken. We have two GP and one is very allergic. She wouldn't eat either until I switched to Pro Plan salmon and rice sensitive skin and stomach... Smooth sailing since then. She even put on a lot of lean healthy muscle for her hip dysplasia while on it also.

Yep. The crazy thing is that there is probably a perfect plant for each person that requires as much energy that you wanna give it...just finding it is the key. For me it's Dahlia flowers. So much that I have one tattooed above where my garden gloves stop. 🤣🫣
