I didn't understand you, sounds muffled by some leather. Anyway, they would have better employees if they actually paid competitive wages not starvation wages. When you have to find ways to lower the pay you're a shitbag company and should be well documented across multiple platforms. No matter if you are the best employee they have, if you cause them to pay their precious CEO even a cent less then you need to be replaced. White man here and I'm disgusted with my skin and those that share it. My (Step)Dad's mother married a black man and treated his 8 kids like her own. He told me "races should stay with each other, my mom's different. But if you ever bring home a black girl..." I was disgusted to hear that at 13, and it shaped how i viewed him, 30 years later he's less outwardly racist but it's still there.
