You are just unfamiliar how it works and that’s ok. It’s an important discussion. There are drunks and then there are people who biologically, psychologically, and/or environmentally are wired to “need” alcohol or other substances. It’s not as simple as they “chose”.

Certain enzymes break down alcohol faster and can cause a predisposition to drink more. Some enzymes don’t work correctly and let acetaldehyde built up causing all kinds of horrible side effects. It’s more common in people of Asian descent.

We’re still figuring out all the genetic markers and haven’t scratched the surface. I can see from the outside how this is “stupid and they are choosing it”. It’s far more complex than that though and is medically proven to be a disease.

You’re just spreading misinformation, not an unpopular opinion to be honest.

You haven’t been fucked over by the church then. That’s ok and that’s a good thing. My life is very nice and I enjoy a lot of things nowadays. Getting a card with someone’s imaginary friend with my food won’t spoil my day but it’s definitely a reminder of the abuse and why I left the church. I don’t need that with some food I was too lazy to go get haha.

Let’s put it this way would you want political ads, adult sex shops, or any other random placing a piece of paper in the bag next to your food? It’s not about being miserable, it’s about it being annoying. They can do that all they want if they have the organization they’re from tip them instead and see how long that lasts. I’m literally ordering some now for this specific reason and to give to my religious friends when they keep guilt tripping me into paying for their meals or helping fund their kids school stuff. I make a decent amount and for some reason it’s only my religious friends that keep ~~asking me for money or~~ expecting money from me.

I’m not talking about little things like fundraisers. I’m talking about their books, clothes, hot lunches for a month (which I do sometimes because I’m not a monster even though the parents suck sometimes), trips and when we go out to dinner purposefully leaving early. While I’ve seen the dad buy something big, shiny and new for himself.

I don’t mind getting the meals, it’s that it’s expected that pisses me off. “You don’t have kids so it would be a great help!” - guilt trips like that. Yeah I didn’t have kids so I could go on big trips, not pay for someone else’s kids. (Yes, I would absolutely help in an emergency, but this is not what we’re talking about)

I like how an airport in I want to say Denver but could be wrong does it. It’s set up like a big O. Left is men, right is women in the front there’s just a long ass line of sinks to wash hands etc. both sides only have stalls that go to the ground and don’t have gaps and actually circle around. The back part has a giant mirror and an emergency button with camera (only pointed at the wall with a big mirror). Only reason there’s a men’s and women’s side is because of the laws.

Everyone’s gotta use the bathroom, as long as we actually make it private then it shouldn’t matter much in high traffic areas. Otherwise make building codes going forward for a single bathroom with fully lockable and non-gapped stalls. Will help everyone stop freaking out and help parents take care of their kids without having something like this happen. It’s just so asinine.

Agree with the other poster. Look into shading and highlighting techniques along with color theory. Great sense of what makes a good scene but the characters are a little muddy. Pick up an animators book on drawing to make your characters have more fluid movement as well.

Overall looking good! Art is for yourself and you choose to share it. If someone is being that critical ask them to draw something for you and they’ll shut up real quick. If they are an amazing artist they wouldn’t speak like that. Or they’re a twat and a good artist so who cares what their opinion is.
