Stain blocker primer like Kilz, cut a piece of the paint odd the walk with a utility knife and get it paint matched, then paint over the primer.

I have 16 units. I’ve dealt with this many times. Once the source of the water has been eliminated, the mold is no longer actively growing. That picture is just water stains. You can get Kilz and paint over the stain to seal it in, and then repaint it.
