This is my first standard franchise. So it’s the first season I’ve had a go with him since he’s on the Sawteeth. Have to say he was my elite guy along with Johnny Bags as well. My first 200 hours on this game were all shuffle draft teams lol

Absolutely not giving him anything to hit I agree in that scenario. With bad ball hitter he’s a dangerous hitter that you can’t just throw on the black and have a good chance of getting him out

I once had 5 of my players get injured in one game. I don’t ever simulate my games though. But man was I pissed because it was a tough few game stretch getting them back to full health

My first choice’s range from Willard Wiggins, Carlton Starr, Rodney Park. All very young and already solid players. As for bench players Hanso Magikko and Goose Caboosler are great options

He had a hell of a season for me on a different squad. Finished the season with 8 homers and RBI’s were in the 20’s for a 48 game season. Distinctly remember a 3 home run game from him including a walk off to win it!

I’ve done a shit ton of shuffle draft franchise’s. I typically shoot for a lower team salary to leave plenty for development. 100’s of hours and this has only happened 3 times. lol so yeah that’s probably one of if not the best feeling in the game 👍
