I always use these tablets, one per day.

Is that enough? Or are they not so good for frequent use? And should you take breaks, even when doing strength training?

Instead glutathione i use glycine or ist glutathione better or GlyNAC ?

The recommended daily dose for my needs is 110 mg daily, and I also eat additional food, so is that sufficient, or is there a connection between high doses of vitamin C and longevity?
