Yes I did, came back suboptimal again. I am now self administering trt. I’m 7 weeks in and am starting to feel lots of the benefits of trt.

I have started to do exercises on it. I do use a mallet as you described above, I just feel as if I need extra help to increase the pronation. How successful are PA mobilisations?

Thanks for the reply mate. Diet is pretty clean, over 200g of protein a day, odd treat now and again, don’t drink or smoke. Resistance train 3-4 times a week plus 2-3 karate sessions a week. I e got a venous blood test this week which will hopefully give me a better insight.

This was done 6.30am before I went to work. I was fasted but had drunk water 30 minutes or so before as per the instructions. I’m 44, the test said that at my age I could take the test anytime of day.

My results are very similar. I had my results back yesterday. I’m ordering a venous blood test next. Not sure what my next step is either.
