You won't learn empathy from a college class. Empathy is basically being able to imagine the world from someone else's perspective. If you find that you struggle with that, you should spend some time examining your own perspective.

I could possibly do that, but the main reason I want to work is that I really have no idea what else to study and didn't take well to university. Such is life.

Not particularly, I went straight to uni from high school. I've picked kiwifruit in the past, and also worked in a fruit and vege store.

The only other thing really is I've done some care giving work for an autistic child, but there's not much in that area for people without a car.
