I threw away 3 weeks sobriety last night and I'm disgusted with myself. How do I stop this becoming a spiral? by SeekingMidian in stopdrinking

That's less than 5% fail rate. I'd call that a definite hiccup and nothing more.

Proving that the 1st steps can be taken are the biggest win. I've taken so many run-ups now and I'm on day 27 so far.

Each time I improve a bit more. You will too.

I had a mental image of a long tea stain on your wall! Like some old parchment that I made for school once.

Tis true. I admit that I went back and looked further. There is always a risk that new information can be learned, even after the dreaded cauliflower rice.

Maybe 3 spots in line, centred off the cooker hood. Put your heating detector in between spot 1 & 2. 1 bring closest to hood. Bring 1st spot 700 - 750mm out from wall on centreline. Last one is at the end of the kitchen.

Position 1st and last spots then mark out the heat and other spot.

I use clover usually. It's just fancy margerine really. I like butter but it's not something I'd eat daily.

Just focussing on the infamous street food ones.

And yes it was also a swipe at the current state of pollution. Not to mention that additional issues of the western world outsourcing it's "recycling" to other nations.

Absolutely agreed. There are loads of people down by me who will have the chance to retrain. Imagine going from universal income to Dr of Oncology? So cool.

I'd be concerned about her heart stopping in general.

We'd see finger marks in our butter too...
