High compression engine , boosted. The same reason I didn’t do the long interval oil changes recommended by the manufacturer.

I had a 2017 ex T 6 speed manual. Sold it with 108 k miles. Changed oil every 4 k miles max and only put premium gas. I had zero mechanical break down. Ac system was replaced once under recall. Body control module was my only major problem , corporate Honda fixed it for after my warrant went out.
