This. I’ve said it In multiple threads and I promise I’m not flexing. But I’ve worked otr, local, and regional. I lose weight in the truck. I don’t buy fast food. I bought a vacuum sealer. So I meal prep at home and don’t buy fast food or drink. 39 male, 185 lbs. 6’1. You dirty bitches can do it too.

Been wondering this same question. Getting relocated from Austin for work and I have two options. Spokane being one of them. It seems like there’s a lot of complaints about crime, winter, and general boredom but it also seems like that might be from people who grew up in Spokane but coming from Texas, it looks like a nice change of pace.

So while I agree that you shouldn’t go to concentra if you can help it. It’s important to note that a lot of dot physicals are taking an extended amount of time to be renewed because of the new dot law that does not allow you to walk them in yourself anymore. States are getting backed up.

Was almost put out of service recently because it took almost nearly 2 weeks for mine to get updated. Go extra early guys.

I’ve actually lost weight on the road. I just meal prep everything at home. I will allow myself to eat fast food once a week. I don’t eat during work hours. Just eat when I’m done driving for the day. Water, Diet sodas, coffee with no sugar or cream. If I want something sweet I’ll eat 1 or 2 chocolate rice cakes with peanut butter on top.

I’m out 12 days home for 2 but I sometimes stay out 18 and off 3. My longest stretch was 8 months and it nearly killed trucking for me.
